Impregnating flowers

Do you know the trick how to preserve flowers for flower arrangements for a longer time?
Impregnating wax for flowers!

Both roses haven’t had any water for 2 weeks. The left one had been impregnated and still seems quite fresh. The right one is sear.

Dip fresh flowers head first into the special impregnating paraffin Art. 10811 from www.candlecraftcenter.com when it has reached about 95 degrees and pull them out again immediately. Due to this, a water-resistant layer forms at the exterior of the flowers. Therefore it will last much more time until the flowers will be sear. Of course, you can also add scent oils or dyes (from www.candlecraftcenter.com).

Please test it before using valuable flowers!

Only use a few grammes per flower.
